Subliminal learning refers to the absorption of information subconsciously. It is a learning process that exposes the brain to low-level images or visual information that passes below the limits of people's perception. Studies show that it is an effective tool in reducing stress and motivating people.

Waking up in the morning, to a bright and beautiful day is a
wonderful thing (if you've had enough sleep) but how what's
worst thing you could do?
Well, you could wake up feeling rubbish, tired, useless and then
expect yourself to perform at your peak level instantly during
the day! In simple words ' you're gonna fail!
If you don't give yourself the real 'breakfast' that you need,
then you're not going to succeed at all in that day ' well not
as much as you'd want to.
As a life coach, here's ...

Beverly had suffered from anxiety most of her life. As a child,
she slept poorly and often had nightmares. She bit her nails and
would chew on the skin around her nails until they were raw and
bleeding.
Beverly had tried many forms of therapy, meditation and
medication before consulting with me. She had a strong belief in
God and prayed daily. Yet she was still anxious and could not
understand the source of her anxiety.
Beverly grew up in a "normal" household with two parents who
seemingly ...

LEARNING TO LOVE OURSELVES
Our doubt concerning our self-worth is the main obstacle to our
emotional and inter-relational harmony. This doubt is the cause
of our greatest fears such as being rejected, laughed at,
ignored, unloved, and most of all, of being alone.
Loneliness and Doubt
Loneliness is the disease of our age, and its cause is
self-doubt. Fear of being alone is perhaps our most ancient one.
It comes from the fact that in the past, he who was not accepted
was ostracized from the ...

At the time when the advance of genetics has us ask, 'What is a
human being?' and examine the spiritual implications of
scientific progresses, it is only reasonable to next explore the
nature of computers and of the World Wide Web. However
provocative, considering whether our machines are imparted with
a soul is suited to an environment where we are about to meet
more and more 'non-biological' beings. Can you imagine our
computer chips one day declaring: 'Hello, my name is IBM
(substitute HAL, ...

There's a Native American belief that before we are born, we
choose our parents. It actually ties in pretty nicely with the
reincarnation idea that we prearrange certain circumstances
before each life so as to learn different lessons. Either way,
our parents teach us so much more than they ever mean to.
Through their choices, circumstances, faults, talents and
ability to show their love and support, they mold us. If life is
a rat race, then our folks determine what we come out of the
starting ...

Question:
What is the worst thing you can do when you start your day?
Answer:
Wake up feeling lethargic and expect yourself to perform at 100%
from the moment you get up in the morning; and then compare how
you are doing during the day against this unrealistic benchmark.
There is a better way!
As you wake up in the morning take charge of your thoughts in
that early morning awareness before you fully awake.
Do this before you get up out of bed by repeating some
affirmations. Affirmations work ...
